Its good when its good but when its not.....

The main issue Im having is the login process, I know my password by heart but i cant log in then i try to log in again and the app shuts down which isnt good considering that i use this app for scheduling of my college classes because i go to eastern Michigan i use this app for a long time during my years as a student and i need this app
